Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance: No cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours: A small service charge may apply to cover the technician’s scheduling cost. No-shows: If our technician arrives and you’re unavailable, the visit will be considered completed and no refund will be issued. For rescheduling, please contact us via call or WhatsApp — we’ll do our best to arrange a new time that suits you. Your cooperation helps us serve all customers efficiently and on time.
