Our refund policy applies to both service bookings and provider subscription payments.

1. Service Refunds

- Refunds are issued if a prepaid service is not delivered due to provider cancellation.
- Refunds are not issued for late cancellations or customer no-shows.

2. Subscription Refunds

- All subscription fees (monthly, yearly, lifetime) are non-refundable once paid.
- Free trials allow providers to test features before purchasing.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
