Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to service bookings made through the BroBookMe platform.

1. Customer Cancellations

- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service: No charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of service: Non-refundable.

2. Provider Cancellations

If a provider cancels, customers may choose to reschedule or request a full refund.

3. Subscription Plan Cancellations

Providers may cancel their subscription anytime, but fees already paid are non-refundable. Access continues until the billing cycle ends.

4. No-Show

If a customer does not attend or is unavailable for a confirmed service, it will be treated as completed and non-refundable.
